Q1. Can anyone join the CyberSentinel Affiliate Program?

A. Yes. Anyone that has a website, newsletter or home page can join CyberSentinel Affiliate Program.


Q2. Can I advertise CyberSentinel on free hosted sites?

A. Yes.


Q3. Are there any restrictions on web sites that can join the CyberSentinel Affiliate Program?

A. We do not support any website engaged in, associated with or promoting any sites engaged in any activity deemed to be illegal. If you are unsure if your website qualifies, then please contact our support department for confirmation.


Q4. How do I create my affiliate account?

Simply complete the new affiliate account form. Click here


Q5. How do I display CyberSentinel ads on my website?

Login to your publisher account and select Campaign >> Create New from the navigation menu.

Enter a name for your campaign and select if it is a product or sub-sffiliate campaign and click save.

Once you have created your campaign, you can simply grab the html code and insert it into your web pages. Our system will then track all your ad displays, clicks, account signups and transactions.


Q6. What size are the CyberSentinel ads?

A. Cyber Sentinel provides a full suite of ad creatives in many sizes, colour themes and promotional messages. If you find that you need a special sized creative, we will be happy to produce and supply it for you on demand.


Q7. Can I display other ads to surfers on my page in addition to CyberSentinel?

A. Yes


Q8. Can I advertise CyberSentinel on more than one web page or site?

A. Yes you may use your CyberSentinel ad codes on as many pages or sites as you like. However, if you are placing code on a different topic, category or domain named web site, then you will be required to set up a new campaign in your account for that specific site.


Q9. How does CyberSentinel Affiliate Program track my ad and earning statistics?

A. CyberSentinel utilizes a full service ad-serving and tracking system to firstly count the ads you display and the subsiquent clicks generated. When one of your ads is clicked on, we set a cookie on that users computer which contains your affiliate account and campaign id. Using this information, all subsiquent transactions are processed and the information then registered to your account.


Q10. How can I promote the CyberSentinel Affiliate Program?

A. In addition to being able to advertise the CyberSentinel product, we also enable affiliates to refer other affiliates and subsiquently earn commission from all thier account activity. You can promote the affiliate program in the same was as you do the Cyber Sentinel product and our system will track all your referrals in real time.


Q11. Are there any circumstances where my payout rate rate will be changed?

A. Yes, your commission rate will automatically be raised during each month to the next payout level, as the volume of sales you generate increases. In addition, if we have to process charge-backs from your subscribers, your account balance will be adjusted accordingly.


Q12. What name do I use for my campaigns?

A. You can use any name you wish for your campaigns. If you have 3 campaigns on your website, say home page, search results page and news page, you can name your campaigns the same which will then make it easier for you to track each campaigns performance in your account reporting section.


Q13. Does the CyberSentinel Affiliate Program log all affiliates traffic?

A. Our complex security and tracking systems log all incoming traffic requests. This detailed information is used to ensure the integrity of the affiliate network.


Q14. How often do I get paid?

A. We pay monthly for all accounts that accumulate over $50.00, £50 or €50. Simply login to your account and request your payment between the 1st and 10th day of each month.


Q15. How do I request my commission payment?

A. All affiliates must login to their account and request account payments before the 10th day of each month. Payments are processed on the 28th day of each month, or the next working day. All payments are made in US Dollars, UK Sterling or Euros, depending on your account's currency settings.


Q16. How do CyberSentinel pay affiliates?

A. CyberSentinel pays affiliates by check, E-gold, Paypal or Wire Transfer payment. Please note that Wire Transfer payments are subject to a £25 processing fee.


Q17. What if my affiliate account doesn't accumilate $50, £50 or €50 in a one month period?

A. The commission you accumulate carries over to the following pay period.


Q18. Does CyberSentinel pay for sales in all languages/countries?

A. Yes


Q19. I can not login to my account?

A. If you find that you do not have access to your account, Please contact our Support Department.


Q20. I have troubles when try to login using FireFox.

A. The FireFox Adblock Plus plug-in may wrongly block some internal scripts of CyberSentinel Affiliate System. Please add the affiliates.cybersentinel.net site to the Adblock Plus ignore list to solve this problem. Contact FireFox Adblock Plus help for instructions.
